The Yarning Circle
The Yarning Circle by Tashi Press is a journaling and reflecting workshop that invites you to pause, breathe and tune into your inner voice, in intimate groups of kindred spirits. These in-person workshops provide participants with the tools and space to explore and share their ideas, concerns, troubles, passions and stories that we all carry within ourselves.

Why Group Journaling?
Being understood is a fundamental human need that enhances our sense of belonging, well-being and validation. We want to be understood by those around us, and more importantly by ourselves.
At the Yarning Circle, guided journaling is one of the tools used to help you catch hold of your thoughts and emotions, and find the vocabulary to express them. Short writing sprints are interspersed with group sharing and facilitated discussions in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space.
